UIT Portfolios

Rick Konrad and Marc Shapiro, the managing partners of Value Architects, are responsible for selecting and developing the equity portfolio for UITs. A UIT is a trust, registered with the SEC, that contains a defined portfolio and a defined horizon. The buy and hold philosophy of UITs is consistent with the investment style of Value Architect’s clients. They are neither speculative nor high-risk investors, but are concerned with preserving capital and growing assets.
